RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY:
- Order cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. In case it is already on a delivery route, the terms of returns apply (see below).
- Returns / Changes:As a customer of argirishaishop.gr you reserve the right to return your order or part of it within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. You must have the purchase document, the original packaging in excellent condition as well as all the accompanying documents of the product. The product or products to be returned must also be in acceptable condition, unopened and free of damage to their appearance. In case none of the above applies, our company reserves the right to refuse a refund / replacement.
In case of return you have the following options:
1. Replacement: Our online store will do its best to replace the returned product whether this product is defective (same code, resizable or color), or you want to replace it with something else. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 3 working days from the date of receipt, to inform either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternative options.
2. Refund: In case you wish a refund, our company is committed to return it within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us. In the event that during this period we have not returned the products returned in the condition provided by the terms we reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the returned products.
- In case the product is returned due to a defect or due to an error on the part of the Website when ordering, the cost of returning the product is borne by us.
