MIXING

Mix 35 g (1.2 oz) BLUE DUST-FREE LIGHTENING POWDER with 70 ml (2.3 fl oz) (1:2) IGORA Oil Developer 3% /10Vol., 6%/20 Vol. or 9% /30 Vol. until a soft cream is formed.

APPLICATION

Apply immediately after mixing. Even distribution and sufficient amount of product ensure optimal balance. Apply carefully and evenly in thin sections to dry, unwashed hair only, starting from the nape of the neck

waiting time

 20-45 minutes, depending on texture, developer used and desired results. Do not use artificial heat from a steamer or blow dryer to reduce waiting time.

Once the product has taken effect, rinse thoroughly with warm water, apply FIBREPLEX shampoo and then treat with FIBREPLEX No. 2.
