Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ lightens up to 9 tones, strengthens the bonds inside the hair fiber and offers advanced neutralization and improved hair care when used together with BLONDME Premium Developer.

It can be used for all techniques
• Apply to the entire head with BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.) maximum
• Applications without contact with the scalp with BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol)
• Apply to dry, unwashed hair

Preparation

Mix the desired amount of powder with BLONDME Premium Developer 2 %/7 Vol., 6%/20 Vol. or 9 %/30 Vol. (without contact with the scalp) until a soft cream is created.

Variable mixing ratio  1:1.5 to 1:2.5.

Waiting time  20-45 minutes. Do not use artificial heat from a steamer or blow dryer to reduce waiting time. Control the action visually.

Application

Apply to dry hair, do not wash hair before use. Even distribution and sufficient amount of product ensure optimal balance. Avoid reapplying to already lightened hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly, wash and treat with the appropriate BLONDME Bonding Shampoo, Conditioner and Mask.

It is important to carry out an allergy test 48 hours before dyeing. Carrying out this test is vital to protect yourself from the risk of an unwanted allergic reaction.

Allergy test instructions

• Mix 5 grams of paint (the exact shade to be used, if you know it) and 5 grams of oxidizing cream.
• Apply 1cm.² paint directly below the bend of the elbow.
• Leave the paint uncovered for 45 minutes. Then rinse the area with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
